We are seeking a visionary, execution-oriented CEO to lead and scale large-scale logistics and mobility operations. This role will have end-to-end ownership of business strategy, P&L;, operations, partnerships, and technology-led transformation across asset-heavy, multi-city environments. The ideal leader will combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the overall business strategy to drive growth, market expansion, and long-term profitability.
- Own full P&L; responsibility, including unit economics, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Scale logistics and fleet operations with a focus on asset utilization, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across logistics ecosystems, OEMs, financiers, and service providers.
- Lead technology adoption initiatives, including telematics, analytics, automation, and real-time operational dashboards.
- Establish strong governance, performance metrics, and execution discipline across all functions.
- Build, mentor,



and lead high-performing cross-functional leadership teams in a fast-growing environment.

Candidate Profile (Required)

- 15+ years of leadership experience in logistics, mobility, fleet management, transportation, or related sectors.
- Proven success in scaling asset-heavy, multi-location operations.
- Strong track record of P&L; ownership, unit economics management, and financial discipline.
- Deep understanding of fleet lifecycle management, leasing structures, and vehicle financing models.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams in high-growth or transformation-driven organizations.
