What you'll do:

- Drive C&B; digitization across various verticals.
- Work with the C&B; functional team and the IT technical team to bridge the functional requirement understanding
- Create program plans and track them to closure with relevant teams.
- Facilitate the overall digitization

Mandatory skills:

HRIS Business analysis skills, Program Management, C&B; digitization, HR background

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing workplace.
- Creative, self-disciplined,



and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
