CAE Engineer

Ensuring numerical simulation of injection moulding processes according to customer specifications highlighting potential issues related to injection process, material, gating, part design. Ensuring optimization of process parameters to reach the most robust solution and the best finished part quality. Supporting customer on definition of injection type, number of drops, selection of machine, process improvement and part modification.

Job Profile

- Designation: CAE Engineer

- Education: BE / B.TECH/ ME/M.TECH (Mechanical / Plastic/ Polymer Engineering)

- Experience: 1-2 years in Moldflow analysis

- Job Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities

- Check data sent by customer, ensure correctness of data.

- Prepare modules of rheological study according to standard.

- Run simulation according to customer requests & targets.

- Evaluating and validating results of simulation activity proposing to customer improvement on injection moulding process or on part design/quality

- Ensuring proper technical communication about simulation results in front of customer.

- Preparing reports according to HRSflow standards highlighting all the potential issues and providing solutions.

- Attending try-out in order to solve issues and checking compliance with simulation results.

Key Skills

- Good Knowledge of Hypermesh.





- Knowledge about Injection machine, Mold, Moldflow / Moldex3D software.

- Basic knowledge about plastic materials.

- Good business English speaking is a must.

- Precision, flexibility and problem-solving attitude.
