Develop simulation models to analyze problems related to flow, heat transfer, plasma physics, chemical reactions and electromagnetics Provide better understanding of flow-thermal, chemistry and plasma behavior during concept & feasibility, design and development of the semiconductor processing equipment. Perform engineering analysis. Recommend design modifications to improve chamber behavior to address technical/business needs. Work in a team workplace. Present modeling results and recommendations to product and process development teams. Must have in-depth knowledge of flow, heat transfer, chemical reactions and plasma physics Experience with at least one programming language (Matlab, Python, C/C++ ) Experience with machine learning, statistics and design of experiments is a plus Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes (especially CVD and ALD processes) and work experience in semiconductor industry is plus
