Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in software development with C# .NET.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using C# or Python.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand industrial automation systems and translate them into realistic test scenarios and simulators.

- Work closely with development and QA teams to validate software deliverables through continuous testing.

- Build simulation modules that replicate real-world industrial components and processes to support automated testing.

- Create tools and utilities to streamline test automation, debugging, and continuous validation of embedded or control system software.

- Analyze and interpret test results, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution.





- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality practices and engineering standards.

- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or custom-built frameworks.

- Solid understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLC logic, SCADA, HMI, or equivalent technologies.

- Experience in developing or working with simulation tools/environments for test automation.

- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA/DA is a strong plus.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Domain expertise in process automation, manufacturing systems, or robotics.

- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
