Build strong relationships and manage expectations effectively. Contribute thought leadership and best practices in process excellence, advanced analytics, and client engagement. Lead multiple projects simultaneously, from scoping to execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Mentor and guide analytics/process improvement teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Drive adoption of improvement initiatives through structured change management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field (required). Master's degree from a premier institute (MBA, MS in Analytics/Operations, or equivalent) preferred. Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; PMP/Prince2, Agile, or Process Mining certifications 10 years in analytics, business process improvement, or consulting,



with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in data analysis (SQL, Python/R, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau). Strong background in process excellence (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC). Hands-on experience with process mining tools. Demonstrated client management skills with the ability to present and influence at senior levels. Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional projects. Analytical Excellence: Advanced problem-solving, statistical analysis, and data storytelling skills.
