We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive at Eclick!

Location: Onsite - Kolkata

Salary - Hike on last drawn

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and potential areas of growth.

- Negotiate terms of business agreements and close deals to drive company revenue.





- Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite).

- Proficiency in bidding platforms like upwork, freelancer, guru etc...
