What's expected from you

- To persistently chase and effectively achieve sales and business development targets, as set by team leader

- Lead and be involved in merchant on-boarding activities

- Learn the Mediroof model and way of sales and on-boarding

- Provide exceptional user experience and be communicative with merchants

- Generating and following up on leads to ensure maximum conversion for merchant on boarding

- Hiring and training of future sales executives

- To analyse gaps and breakthroughs to better the business and lead generation

- Help build brand Mediroof from the ground up

- Outstanding communication, comprehension and analytical skills

- Resourceful individual who is proactive and independent

- Pleasant attitude with a ‘nothing is impossible’ mind-set

- Basic computer and operational MS Office knowledge
