Client
Engagement & Consulting

- Engage with client stakeholders, business
leaders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize complex
requirements.

- Translate business objectives into functional and
solution requirements with clear recommendations.

- Partner with leadership teams to analyze data,
derive insights, and propose value -driven solutions.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization
and solution improvements that deliver measurable business impact.

- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for
senior client stakeholders, managing governance, escalations, and
communication.

Solution
Design & Delivery

- Own end -to -end requirements documentation
including BRD, SRS, scope documents, and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with UX, Creative, Architecture, and
Engineering teams to design prototypes, wireframes, and solution
approaches.

- Ensure requirements are translated into scalable,
reliable,



and feasible technical solutions.

- Partner with Delivery Leads to support project
planning, effort estimation, timelines, and execution strategy.

Team
Leadership & Enablement

- Mentor and guide junior business analysts,
fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Track and manage project scope, delivery effort,
and alignment with client expectations.

- Promote Propel’s culture of collaboration,
continuous improvement, and psychological safety.

- Identify training needs and support capability
building across teams.
