We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that the business requirements are accurately captured, translated into system specifications, and delivered on time. You will play a key role in ensuring that our business strategies are aligned with operational goals and assist in improving workflows, driving efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders, clients, and users to gather and document business requirements, business processes, and user needs.

- Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are met.

- Documentation: Create clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, user stories,



and functional specifications.

- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and process improvements.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring both sides have a clear understanding of project goals, requirements, and progress.

- Project Management Support: Assist in defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in creating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that final deliverables meet business requirements.

- Change Management: Support the adoption of current processes and systems by preparing user guides, conducting training sessions, and offering post-implementation support.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project life cycle and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Identify project risks and help mitigate them to avoid project delays and ensure smooth execution.
