There is no typical day. Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets. Knowledge of US Health Insurance is a plus. Minimal Have subject matter expertise in at least one functional area and be cross trained in secondary areas. Responsible for owning daily tasks and focused on day-to-day operations. Perform work autonomously and consistently meets target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions. Work collaboratively and keep open lines of communication across our many internal teams including product, engineering, customer care, partner enablement, product marketing, sales, etc. Conduct analysis and active reporting to continually improve the Benefits Product and Processes.
