As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue and profitability. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment - In-depth knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling - Solid leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine - Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software - Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Knowledge of health and safety regulations - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
