We are looking for Backend Engineers (SDE 2/3/Staff) to join our platform team. You will contribute to designing and scaling the backend services that support our no-code app builder and core orchestration layer, collaborating closely with engineers from infrastructure, frontend, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful services and backend systems
- Convert product and system designs into robust, reliable services
- Enhance performance, stability, and scalability of backend components
- Integrate diverse services, APIs, and datasets across teams
- Write well-structured code and participate in code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and keep up-to-date with the latest backend technologies
Qualifications
- 5 to 12 years of experience in backend development
- Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Go
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS)
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
