Role: Associate - Scholarship Support Team, Bangalore

About the role:
Role & Responsibilities: You will be part of the Scholarship support team, will be responsible for end-to-end support and processing of the scholarship applications on the Scholarship Management System (portal) and anchoring the external support team. This will include:
- Responding to queries during the application submission process
- Supporting the external support team members in screening of applications applicants in filling out the applications on the portal
- Verification of applications as per the eligibility criteria
- Connecting with applicants for additional documents as and when required
- Supporting existing applicants with the renewal process on the portal
- Writing reports and short summaries
- Any additional tasks related to the above responsibilities that may arise
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 + years of relevant experience, in scholarships management
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline from a reputed institution
- Basic operating and data handling skills, should be proficient with MS suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Valuable communication and people skills with language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English and any one or more of the regional languages Hindi, Urdu, Kannada, Telugu, and Odia
