Recruitment Support

- Working on requirements based on the JD for the Middle East region by coordinating with and supporting the core Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely closure of positions.

- Handling bulk hiring for Technician and Installer profiles based on vacancies.

- Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.

- Will be a part of the HR Shared Services team, providing support to the core Talent Acquisition team to fulfill open positions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Strong sourcing capability with the ability to validate and screen profiles effectively
- Experience in handling bulk hiring drives (approximately 20–40 candidates per drive)
- Ability to work with speed while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, systematic, and well-organized approach with effective prioritization skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to Talent Acquisition processes and handle varying situations
- Flexibility to work during weekends, as and when required

Experience & Eligibility:





- 2–4 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Experience in volume hiring is an added advantage
- Good Communication with proactiveness
