- Perform in -process and final inspection in the
Fabrication Unit.
- Inspect sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and
powder coating activities.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring
instruments.
- Verify welding / Powder coating quality and surface finish as per
drawing and quality standards.
- Support product validation and testing activities.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Identify non -conformities and coordinate for corrective
actions.
Requirements
- Robust knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Experience in welding inspection and powder coating
quality checks.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of basic quality tools and inspection
procedures.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and
cross -functional coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of NDT testing methods preferred.
