1. Conducting In -process Inspection activities as per the control plans and ensuring that parts are accepted at each stage before transferred to the subsequent stage.
2. Precision Measurement CMM and Micrometers · CNC/VMC Knowledge · GD T and Drawing Interpretation.
3. Problem -solving to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address issues and reduce scrap.
Requirements
1.
Proficiency in using a variety of precision measuring
instruments
2. Solid ability to read and interpret engineering
drawings .
3. Familiarity with programming and operating CMMs
4. Knowledge of quality control standards and
methodologies.
5. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS),
6. Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
