The primary
responsibility would involve working closely with global investment banks or asset
managers in monitoring their
investments across corporate credit portfolios. The transactions could be
direct investments or providing financing
on a portfolio of corporate credits. The role would entail carrying out credit
analysis of middle market and leveraged loans and monitoring the ongoing performance after the loan has been onboarded.

1. Monitoring the performance of investments in corporate credit across sectors
2. Extract and review key metrics from facility agreements, credit agreements, amendment documents, financial statements, compliance certificates, and
budgets
3. Monitor and calculate financial covenants (leverage ratios, interest coverage ratios etc.)
4. Proactively identify red flags in underlying credits
5. Manage data for transactions on the Oxane’s technology platform

6. Validate performance reports, dashboards, and ensuring data




integrity on the Oxane’s technology platform

Requirements

1. Good understanding of the commercial lending process
2. Expertise on financial
statements, ratios, MS Excel, and other MS tools
3. Solid written and verbal
communication skills
4. Understanding of leveraged loan structures and underlying documentation
5. Experience in credit appraisals, report writing and capital structure analysis, pro-forma analysis
6. The candidate should possess a highly analytical mind with a high level of attention to detail
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
8. Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
9. Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm, Financial Advisory firm or KPOs as a credit analyst would be an added advantage
