Role: Assistant Manager - HRBP
Reporting to: Manager HRBP
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Qualification: MBA
Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll processing, including data entry and verification.
- Administer HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
2. Employee Relations & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to I-IR policies, advantages, and compensation.
- Support conflict resolution and handle day-to-day employee relations issues. o Coordinate employee training and development programs.
3. Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including labor laws.
- Assist in managing HR audits, both internal and external, ensuring I-IR records are up to date and compliant.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
- Support the compensation and benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Assist in employee recognition programs and other rewards and benefits initiatives.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and maintain HR reports for management, including headcount, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
6. HR Projects & Process Improvement:
- Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as required.
- Identify areas for improvement in HR operations and suggest process improvements.
7. Payroll Management:
- Collaborate with finance or payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of payroll inputs and outputs.
8. Organizational Development :
- Support OD initiatives focused on performance management, culture building, and talent development.
- Contribute to change management efforts and internal communication strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, Master's in Business Administration in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HRBP or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extrovert.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of the business and its impact on organization.
