Responsibilities of Assistant Sales Manager.
- Customer engagement and onboarding
- Partner/channel relationship management
- Credit appraisal, field verification, or documentation
- Portfolio tracking, collections, or asset monitoring
- Data entry and reporting via digital platforms
- Process improvement and team collaboration
- Managing repossession and resale processes in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in retail lending, preferably asset -backed or vehicle finance
- Comfortable working in a performance -driven, field -enabled workplace
- Proficient in regional language(s) with working knowledge of English
- Familiarity with Excel & basic knowledge of computer, digital systems, CRMs, or loan processing tools
- Stable employment history (no job changes <1 year recently)
- The candidate must possess a two -wheeler or have access to a personal vehicle.
