We are seeking a qualified and experienced Business Studies Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction for AS/A Level students, aligned with internationally recognized curricula such as Cambridge and Edexcel. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about fostering analytical thinking, real-world application, and independent learning in a dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and academic abilities.
- Teach core Business Studies topics including marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and strategic management in line with AS/A Level curriculum standards.
- Integrate case studies, current business examples, and practical applications to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Prepare students effectively for board examinations through structured revision plans, exam techniques, and continuous assessment.
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Support students in developing independent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills essential for higher education and careers.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance,



attendance, and academic progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and academic coordinators to ensure a holistic learning experience.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and global business trends to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
- 4 to 14 years of teaching experience, with a strong background in AS/A Level (Cambridge/Edexcel) curricula.
- Proven track record of preparing students for board examinations with excellent results.
