A seasoned automation specialist with deep expertise in Ansible, driving enterprise-scale transformation through intelligent orchestration and infrastructure as code. Adept at leading migrations from legacy platforms to Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), and modernizing playbooks for optimal performance and compliance.

- Architect and implement scalable automation solutions using Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
- Migrate legacy Ansible Tower workloads to AAP and refactor Ansible 2.9 code to current standards
- Develop and maintain playbooks, roles, and collections for configuration management and deployment
- Integrate Ansible with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices across teams
- Troubleshoot performance, security, and compliance issues in automation workflows
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct training sessions on Ansible usage and strategy




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals
- Delivered governance models, documentation standards, and reusable roles for cross-team adoption
- Led hands-on workshops and mentoring initiatives to build automation maturity across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experienced in security and compliance-driven automation for regulated industries
- Passionate advocate for simplification and operational excellence through
- 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or automation engineering
- Expert proficiency Ansible, YAML, Jinja2 · Python, Bash · Git, Linux/Unix · Docker, Kubernetes · Azure AWS, GCP
- Red Hat Ansible Certified (preferred)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and version control (Git)
- Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts
