We are seeking a visionary Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of connected planning solutions across Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Financial Planning. This is a critical leadership role that blends deep Anaplan modeling expertise with supply chain functional knowledge to deliver scalable, impactful solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement Anaplan solutions across Supply Chain Planning (demand, supply, inventory), IBP, Financial Planning, and Price Prediction

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, performant model designs following Anaplan Way methodology

- Define solution architecture including model blueprint, user experience, data integration, and New UX

- Lead Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for controlled promotion and versioning of models

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements

- Guide and mentor a team of modelers and analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices

- Design robust integration flows using Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, or APIs to connect with ERPs, Snowflake, and other systems





- Troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and model reliability

- Lead SIT, UAT, and end-user training sessions for seamless deployment and adoption

- Drive continuous model optimization and performance improvements

- Stay updated on Anaplan advancements and introduce innovations like AI/ML in planning where relevant

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field

- 7+ years of total experience in business/IT consulting with 5+ years hands-on Anaplan modeling

- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification is mandatory

- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning (demand, supply, inventory), IBP, and Financial Planning integration

- Proven experience in price modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning

- Deep knowledge of ALM, New UX, and multi-dimensional modeling concepts

- Robust understanding of data integration tools and planning architecture

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

- Ability to manage delivery end-to-end and lead enterprise transformation programs
