We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Consultant / Anaplan Model Builder (L1/L2) to join our growing enterprise planning and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, implementation, and ongoing support, working closely with business stakeholders to design scalable, high-performing planning solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Anaplan combined with a solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, supply chain, or workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and implement Anaplan models aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead or support end-to-end Anaplan implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, model development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Act as an L1/L2 support resource, troubleshooting model issues, resolving data discrepancies, and addressing performance concerns.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and integration teams to translate functional requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and source systems using APIs, Anaplan Connect, or third-party ETL tools.
- Optimize existing models by improving performance, simplifying structures,



and ensuring adherence to Anaplan’s best practices (DISCO, PLANS, etc.).
- Create and maintain model documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end users to ensure adoption and effective utilization of Anaplan solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, automation, and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–9 years of experience working with Anaplan or as an Anaplan Model Builder.
- Robust hands-on experience in Anaplan implementation projects across one or more planning areas such as Financial Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning.
- Experience providing L1 and L2 support for Anaplan models in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan modeling concepts, formulas, lists, modules, actions, and user access management.
- Experience with data integration methods and handling large datasets.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 1 / Level 2) is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Agile or project-based implementation methodologies.
- Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments.
