The Analyst - GTM is responsible for executing key trade compliance activities, including HTS classification, Restricted Party Screening (RPS), and compliance reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to support global trade operations and minimize compliance risks. - Perform accurate HTS classification for materials, products, and services based on global tariff. - Execute and monitor Restricted Party Screening (RPS) for suppliers, customers, and partners. - Support GTM reporting, including preparation of dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Procurement, and Legal for risk mitigation. - Assist in investigations related to potential trade compliance issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and compliance maturity. - Contribute to updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 7-8 years of professional experience in trade compliance or global trade management. Hands-on experience with HTS classification, RPS, and compliance reporting. Knowledge of global trade systems (SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, or similar tools). Robust data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or BI tools. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving capability. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
