Qualification :
Any Finance Graduate

Relevant Experience :
1 – 3 Years

Must Have Skills :
1.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
2.Relevant work experience in core accounting.
3.Solid knowledge of TDS regulations, Advance Tax provisions, and banking operations.
4.Familiarity with accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP) and compliance frameworks.
5.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Experience in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
6.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
8.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during closing periods.
Good Have Skills :
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Experience with financial audits and interacting with auditors ,Understanding of GST compliance is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Perform day-to-day accounting entries in the books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger, etc.).
2.Assist in month-end and year-end close activities,



including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
3.Prepare audit schedules and provide required documentation and explanations to external auditors.
4.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business and management decisions.
5.Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS accurately across payments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6.Assist in Advance Tax computations and support related audits (internal/external).
7.Maintain banking relationships and oversee bank operations, including account management and compliance.
8.Prepare and analyze cash flow statements and other treasury-related financial reports.
9.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
