Reports to: Head of APAC Delivery

We are seeking a high-impact Digital Delivery Leader to drive rapid, high-quality execution of web and mobile platforms within a large-scale airline ecosystem. This role carries full accountability for end-to-end digital delivery across design, product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and release management, working closely with CXOs and senior business leaders.

The ideal candidate operates with an execution-first mindset, ensuring predictable releases, platform stability, and measurable business outcomes across customer-facing digital channels. This position demands strong operational rigor, data-driven leadership, and the ability to scale teams while managing complex dependencies in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Digital Delivery Ownership

- Own full lifecycle delivery of web and mobile platforms: discovery → design → development → testing → release → operations.
- Ensure predictable, high-velocity releases aligned with product and business roadmaps.
- Lead multiple Agile pods/squads delivering in parallel.
- Drive high-quality releases through strong engineering and QA discipline.
- Oversee portfolio delivery from concept through live operations and continuous optimization.

2. Cross-Functional Execution Leadership

- Serve as the single point of accountability across Product, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external vendors.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between design, development, testing, and release.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and system integrations.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers, escalating risks when necessary.
- Align multiple squads to deliver against a unified roadmap.

3. CXO-Level Stakeholder Management





- Partner directly with CIO, CTO, CDO, Product leaders, and business heads.
- Present delivery dashboards, risks, and progress using data-driven insights.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
- Lead governance, prioritization, and executive-level planning discussions.
- Act as the central voice of delivery within the organization.

4. Data-Driven Delivery Management

- Establish and monitor key delivery metrics such as:
- Velocity and throughput
- Release frequency
- Lead time and cycle time
- Defect leakage
- Uptime and performance
- Customer experience indicators

- - Build real-time dashboards to provide leadership visibility.
- Use performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize team efficiency.
- Continuously improve delivery processes based on measurable outcomes.

5. Agile & Operating Model Excellence

- Lead scaled Agile delivery across multiple squads.
- Implement best practices for sprint planning, release planning, dependency management, quality engineering, and DevSecOps.
- Improve delivery predictability and organizational maturity.
- Coach teams toward high performance, accountability, and ownership.
- Standardize delivery governance and operational frameworks.

6. Quality, Reliability & Speed

- Establish robust quality engineering standards.
- Ensure strong testing, performance validation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Drive CI/CD adoption and automated release processes.




- Maintain production stability and superior customer experience.
- Balance speed of innovation with platform reliability in a high-traffic airline environment.

7. Team & Vendor Leadership

- Lead large cross-functional teams (50–200+ members).
- Manage internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors.
- Foster a delivery culture centered on ownership, accountability, and measurable impact.
- Mentor delivery managers, program managers, and squad leads.
- Plan capacity, hiring strategies, and scaling initiatives.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of experience in digital delivery, engineering, or program leadership.
- 5+ years leading large-scale web and mobile platforms.
- Experience in airline, travel, e-commerce, or high-scale consumer technology environments preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multiple Agile teams/pods.
- Experience engaging with CXO and board-level stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of design-led product delivery models.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks.
- Strong data-driven approach to delivery management.

Preferred Technology Exposure

- Mobile: React Native, iOS, Android
- Web: React, AEM, modern frontend frameworks
- Backend: .NET, Java, microservices architectures
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, observability, SRE practices
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, performance dashboards
