We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI/ML Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge innovation and drive the exploration, prototyping, and adoption of emerging technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Vertex AI, MCP, Vector Databases, AI Search, Agentic AI, and Automation.

In this role, you will identify advanced technologies, develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of AI-driven solutions. Your contributions will directly influence the technology strategy and support the development of impactful, next-generation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Innovation

- Explore cutting-edge technologies and evaluate advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, AI Search, Vector Search, Vertex AI, MCP, and autonomous agents.
- Prototype novel ideas and investigate their potential for business transformation.

Proof-of-Concept Development

- Rapidly design, implement, and refine PoCs to validate recent technologies and assess feasibility.

AI/ML Engineering

- Build and optimize AI/ML models, LLM-based systems, AI agents, and intelligent search capabilities using embeddings.

Vector Search & RAG





- Work with vector databases and enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.

AI Agents & Automation

- Develop autonomous AI agents and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with engineering, product, and research teams to integrate innovative solutions into scalable, production-ready environments.

Innovation Strategy

- Contribute to technology roadmaps, innovation initiatives, patents, and research publications.

Required Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini, Vertex AI, and MCP.
- Experience working with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, PGVector) and agentic AI frameworks (Vertex, Autogen, ADK).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, research-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, video, audio), reinforcement learning, or AI security.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, MLOps, or AI governance.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research work.
