Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Python AI / Generative AI
Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing and developing
AI -driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine
learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, with hands -on experience building intelligent systems in Python.
The role involves developing AI -powered solutions,
implementing generative AI models, integrating AI services into applications,
and collaborating with cross -functional teams to deliver scalable and
innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design
and develop AI and Generative AI solutions using Python.
- Build
and integrate applications leveraging Large Language Models.
- Develop
and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for intelligent
text -based applications.
- Develop
APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise
applications.
- Work
with vector databases and embeddings for building semantic search and
AI -powered systems.
- Fine -tune
and optimize generative AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate
with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design AI -driven
features.
- Monitor,
evaluate, and improve AI model performance in production environments.
- Document
AI models, workflows, and implementation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in AI/ML development using Python.
- Robust
understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language
Processing.
- Hands -on
experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI
frameworks.
- Experience
using AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience
building AI -driven APIs and backend services.
- Proficiency
in data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding
of prompt engineering, model fine -tuning, and AI workflow optimization.
- Experience
working with REST APIs and cloud -based AI services.
