Experience Cloud Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Protected, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence Experience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects Demonstrated hands-on experience providing design and direction on initial Salesforce cloud implementation(s) Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field of study Demonstrated ability with implementation and integration of Agentforce,Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, system integrations (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.), and advanced reporting and analytics (CRMA, Tableau, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
