What You’ll Do

- Own and scale Emergent’s affiliate marketing program end-to-end.

- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, publishers, and strategic partner networks.

- Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and promotional opportunities to maximize
ROI.

- Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance across clicks, conversions, and
payouts.

- Analyze performance data to recommend growth strategies and improve CAC, LTV, and
ROI.

- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align affiliate activities with overall
growth goals.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative tactics to drive word-of-mouth and
revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnerships.





- Proven track record of managing affiliate networks and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.

- Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, campaign dashboards, UTM tracking, and attribution models.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth startup environments is a plus.
