Key Responsibilities

Drive Strategy & Growth

- Take full responsibility for scaling the affiliate marketing program and contributing significantly to revenue goals.
- Define explicit objectives and build executable strategies to expand reach and performance.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.

Manage Partnerships

- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to build mutually beneficial campaigns and performance-driven initiatives.
- Manage ongoing communication, ensuring value delivery and long-term relationship growth.

Optimize Campaign Performance

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, strengths, and improvement opportunities.




- Test new strategies, optimize commission structures, and implement incentive plans.
- Develop transparent and insightful reporting frameworks to showcase progress and outcomes.

Collaborate & Lead

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as content, analytics, and social media to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Share insights, align strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members as the program expands.

Stay Ahead of Market Trends

- Monitor trends, technologies, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Experiment with new platforms, tools, and creative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a champion for fresh, data-backed ideas that drive scalable growth.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate programs and driving measurable growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset.
