We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires a strong full-stack mindset, combining deep expertise in AEM backend development with modern frontend technologies to deliver robust, user-centric web applications.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, QA teams, and other engineers to build and optimize enterprise-grade content management solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the entire AEM stack, from authoring and workflows to backend services and frontend components.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites and core components.
- Build and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- Develop and integrate backend services using Java, REST APIs, and AEM frameworks.
- Implement responsive, high-quality UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries as required.
- Work as a Full Stack Developer, contributing to both frontend and backend architecture decisions.
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.




- Ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in release planning, deployments, and ongoing maintenance of AEM applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–10 years of overall development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Solid understanding of AEM architecture, including Sling Models, OSGi services, JCR, workflows, and AEM dispatcher.
- Strong backend development skills using Java and RESTful services.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, working across frontend and backend layers.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning, security best practices, and scalability in AEM applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex environments.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with AEM Cloud Service or AEM as a Cloud platform.
- Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
