Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Desk Inventory Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing RMAs, managing depot stocking, creating return shipping labels, reducing service inventory, reconciling Oracle, and vendor inventory,



and updating support contracts. The Service Desk Inventory Management Analyst will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate processing of RMAs and effective management of inventory.

Responsibilities:

- Process RMAs for both Vendor and Oracle, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking, and timely completion of RMA requests.

- Review installs base reports to plan and manage depot stocking, including identifying excess inventory and making recommendations for reducing service inventory.

- Create return shipping labels for RMAs, ensuring accurate labelling and tracking of shipped products.

- Rotate new sustaining units with certified units to reduce service inventory, and review install base reports for excess units.

- Conduct month and quarter-end reconciliation of Oracle and vendor inventory to ensure accurate inventory reporting.

- Make corrections to support contracts.

Technical Skills

- International shipment and compliance experience

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and other inventory management software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have skills

Qualifications

- Any bachelor’s degree

2 to 3 years of experience in inventory management, RMA processing, or related field with international exposure
