Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finalization

- Oversee the finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP and local statutory requirements.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Review intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments across global entities.
- Supervise GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and inventory accounting while ensuring strong controls and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for smooth and timely audit closures.

Financial Reporting & MIS

- Prepare and present MIS reports, P&L; statements, and balance sheet analysis at company, business unit, and group levels.
- Consolidate financial data across geographies for management review, highlighting performance trends and variances.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) with insights on key business drivers.
- Provide financial inputs for board meetings, audit committees, and investor presentations.

Budgeting, Planning & Analysis





- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process in coordination with business units.
- Monitor key financial KPIs, working capital, and cost structures to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Deliver analysis on profitability, cost optimization, and cash flow to support decision-making.

Compliance & Controls

- Ensure adherence to international and local accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and processes to mitigate risks.
- Partner with tax advisors, auditors, and regulators for compliance and reporting requirements.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams for accurate consolidation and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management by providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
