Position : Accounts Executive






Qualifications : B.com/CA Inter






Experience: 1 -3years






Salary : 20 -35k per month






Accounting Software : Tally ERP






Roles and Responsibilities: -



● Core Accounting: Manage and execute all day -to -day accounting tasks, including


journal entries, ledger posting, and maintaining books of accounts, ensuring all


transactions are recorded on a real -time basis.



● Accounts Payable (AP): Handle the complete vendor payment cycle, including invoice


processing, verification, scheduling payments, and vendor ledger reconciliation.


● Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage the customer receivables process, including


raising invoices, tracking collections, and actively following up with customers for timely


payments.


● Banking & Cash Management: Perform daily bank reconciliations, manage banking


activities such as cheque deposits, and oversee the petty cash fund,



including


disbursement, recording, and reconciliation.


● Record Keeping & Filing: Ensure systematic and timely filing of all accounting


documents, vouchers, bank statements, and other relevant records in an organized


manner.


● Compliance Support: Assist the senior team by providing necessary data and support


for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance workings.


● Reporting & Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator between the client and our


head office. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with senior management as per their


instructions.● Administrative Duties: Maintain employee attendance records and assist with other


assigned administrative tasks as needed.
