We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
? Accounts Payable Support
- Assist in processing vendor invoices.
- Support invoice verification and basic three-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
- Maintain vendor records and documentation.
- Help in preparing payment details.
? Accounts Receivable Support
- Assist in posting cash receipts.
- Support customer account reconciliation.
- Help follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain AR reports and records.
? Reimbursements
- Verify employee expense claims.
- Ensure proper documentation as per company policy.
- Maintain reimbursement records.
