Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Maintain complete books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and finalization of accounts

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Handle day -to -day accounting operations and reporting


Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR -1, GSTR -3B, etc.)

- Manage TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC compliances

- Coordinate with tax consultants and statutory auditors


Inventory & Costing

- Monitor stock accounting, returns , shortages, and wastage

- Reconcile physical stock with system records

- Track license fees, and statutory levies





- Maintain accurate costing and margin analysis


Reconciliation & Controls

- Bank, cash, vendor, and inter -branch reconciliations

- Monitor internal controls and highlight discrepancies


Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with stores, vendors, and management

- Prepare MIS reports for management decision -making

- Support audits and inspections
