Role Overview


Looking for an Account Manager – Client Servicing to handle client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities


- Manage day -to -day client communication

- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs

- Coordinate with design, content, and digital marketing teams

- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects

- Build and maintain strong client relationships


Requirements

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management

- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Mass Communication

- Solid verbal and written English communication skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing

- Digital marketing certifications are a plus
