Studwise International is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our growing Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will guide students through overseas education opportunities and play a key role in student conversion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on study abroad options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries
- Handle inbound leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, documentation, and visa processes clearly
- Coordinate with application, visa, and operations teams for smooth processing
- Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM




- Meet individual and team counseling & conversion targets
- Build trust-based relationships with students and parents

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
- Proven experience as an Academic Counselor / Study Abroad Counselor
- Freshers may be considered if they possess strong sales and communication skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets
- Good counseling, negotiation, and follow-up skills
