Job Summary: Tookitaki is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing manager to to make a significant impact on the company's lead generation and revenue growth through performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the performance marketing frameworks and tools, be highly analytical, and have a hands-on approach to managing multi-channel lead generation marketing efforts. Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Remote (India) Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to generate marketing qualified leads through inbound paid and non-paid campaigns. Plan and execute effective inbound campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation. Analyze campaign data and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product, to ensure that performance marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B lead generation. Proven track record of executing effective inbound campaigns across multiple channels. Experience working in Asia, MEA, and LATAM markets is a plus. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
