Position : MANAGER, Marketing & Communication

The brand is a classic marketing challenge for any marketer; a new brand that has the product intrinsics to compete in a fast growing but competitive consumer market.
Responsibilities:
The position demands a passionate and self-motivated professional who believes in the brand and loves such challenges. The role will evolve as the brand grows and responsibilities will change as the brand navigates different strategies, however the key responsibilities include:
• Brand Management (10%)
• Work with the agency and designers to build and execute the standardized brand creative and communication strategy across all media and channels
• Develop and execute sale and promotional campaigns for the brand across products and channels
• Product Management (10%)
• Work in collaboration work with agency, designers, vendor and manufacturing operations to rollout package forms, designs and final packaging
• Liaise with photographers, stylists and web developers for product shoots,



graphics and creatives for all product categories
• Online Platform Management (30%)
• Develop and execute product sales strategy for online food aggregators and FMCG platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Frogo, etc.
• Catalog management for all online platforms including on-boarding, product listing, real time sales integration, etc.
• Develop, design and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for these online platforms in line with brand guidelines to achieve sales targets
• Social Media Marketing (20%)
• Together with design and advertising teams manage, monitor and achieve social media marketing objectives including influencer tie ups, online reputation management for platforms like Instagram, facebook, twitter, snapchat
• Digital and Internet Marketing (25%)
• Develop brand and product marketing campaigns on digital and online media like Google, Youtube, Web advertising, in-app advertising, etc.
• Work with the Performance Marketing agency for advertising on online platforms, SEO optimization and zimero website and other direct channels
• Whatsapp Marketing and Online PR
• Support (5%)
• Support other teams line event management, B2B sales, manufacturing for any creative and brand requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Marketing postgraduate with minimum 3 years experience of which 2 years must be in digital and social media marketing.
