Job description

Key responsibilities Develop and implement the organization's marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and communication channels Plan and execute campaigns to increase awareness and drive engagement for the organization's mission and programs Develop and maintain relationships with partners, donors, and other stakeholders to secure resources and funding for the organization's campaigns and programs Identify and evaluate recent opportunities for fundraising and partnership building Conduct market research and analysis to understand the organization's audience, competitive landscape, and trends Develop marketing materials and collateral, including website content, social media posts, emails,



and other communication channels Track and report on marketing metrics and adjust the marketing strategy as needed to achieve goals Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are integrated with program goals and initiatives Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5 years of experience in marketing, brand building, or resource mobilization in a non-profit or social enterprise setting Strong knowledge of marketing best practices, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Demonstrated success in building and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies Proven experience in securing funding and resources from donors and partners Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Passion for the organization's mission and commitment to creating a sustainable future
