We- re a growing Digital Agency looking for a highly agile, experienced and enthusiastic Client Accounts Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge and experience in SEO, SMM, web technologies and Good English communication skills.

- Must have experience working in a digital marketing agency OR web design/development agency.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Be the primary point of contact for clients

- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, and provide project updates and progress reports

- Clearly communicating the client's requirements to the technical team

- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project requirements, scope, and deliverables are understood and deadlines are met on time with consistency and accuracy.

- Regularly communicate with clients and provide best-in-class service to meet their needs.

- Ensure exceptional customer experience





- Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team

- Update clients on the ongoing work and take feedback from time to time

- Flexible time management

- Communicate with clients using email, chat, zoom calls etc.

- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new project opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1-year experience working in digital marketing, OR web design/development agency

- Proper phone and email etiquette, and the ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of web technologies, SEO, SMM, and other digital marketing tools (no coding experience is required)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Experience in client management and developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

- Takes initiative to improve processes and try new things

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within the team

- A technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools, and processes quickly
