Job Description

Responsibilities

- Build & execute the overall search strategy (on-page & off-page) ensuring increased organic search traffic, search engine rankings and driving demand
- Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify opportunities and improve search rankings
- Implement advanced strategies such as improving website architecture, meta descriptions, optimising page titles, content structure, link building, influencer outreach and social media promotion for SEO positions and organic digital growth
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement technical optimisation including optimising site structure, page speed and mobile optimisation
- Monitor, optimise and report website, social and digital performance metrics




- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine and social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly
- Design, implement and track digital marketing programs that are aligned with SEO goals
- Collaborate with the content writers to establish and execute engaging content strategies for our target audience
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts, page descriptions, tags etc to improve search results
- Plan and execute all digital marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM, ABM, marketing database, CRM, social media etc to build our brand presence
- Measure and report the performance of all SEO activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights to optimise the SEO and improve rankings
- Conduct competitor analysis and craft creative growth strategies
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

- Candidate is expected to abide by the requirements of ISO 27001-2013 information security management system

Requirements

- 8+yrs of proven SEO experience in a B2B SaaS Environment
- Proven track record of increasing organic search traffic and improving search engine rankings
- Experience in marketing automation, web analytics, funnel marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of SEO and Web analytics tools (e.g., SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing arena
- MBA/Masters/Bachelors' degree in marketing, engineering or a related field
