KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain lead funnel.
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals.
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
- Stay up to date with digital technology developments

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Proven working experience in digital and growth marketing.
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with the IT industry
- Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization & Marketing and On-Page, Off-Page Optimization.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.




- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Expertise in Internet Marketing & Social Media Optimization from SEO Perspective.
- SMM specialization in Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media is necessary.
- Researching relevant keywords to be targeted & Competitors Detailed Analysis, Meta Tags optimization & page content optimization.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
