Job Description

General Ledger Accounting :

- Prepare & Record the Journal Vouchers
- Pass adjustment entries for rectification, reallocation, and adjustments.
- Prepare and pass the monthly/quarterly/annual closing entries.
- Review general ledger balances, understand completeness, correctness.
- Review monthly Trial Balance with supporting and process documentation.
- Finalisation and reporting of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP
- Keeping control over Intercompany transactions




- Assisting for global consolidation of accounts
- Coordinating/interaction with auditors of respective entities for completion of limited reviews and year-end audit.
- Coordinating/interaction with various consultant appointed by group for various statutory activities and other consulting services.

Compliance-

- Preparation of financial statements as per GAAP and Companies Act
- Statutory and regulatory compliance like GST, TDS, etc.
- Assistance in handling statutory/tax/transfer pricing audits
- Track, prepare and submit responses to various departmental notices/scrutinise/assessments.
- Track the Internal Control requirements as per global group guidelines.

- The role would involve performing tasks meeting deadline and strive to continuously improve the quality. The candidate has to be handed on and focused towards on time delivery with absolute accuracy.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Experience: 2 – 5 years of working experience
- Qualification: BCOM /MCOM
