Division / Department: Validation

Location: Hosur

Job Title: Engineer -Validation

Reporting to: Validation-HOD

Job Description

Key missions of the position: To lead the team of Internal Testing services

Main Responsibilities:

1. To plan the machine running to its optimum level
2. Reduce break down time by doing regular preventive maintenance of the rig
3. Co-ordinate with customer and share the test results
4. Inform Marketing/commercial on completion of the tests for further billing activities
5. Co-ordinate with design and keep the critical parts manufactured ready in stock and arrange bought outs spare
6. Maintain the spares stock
7.



Plan shift schedule for the team
8. Train the new testing Engr(s)
9. Attending customer complaints on-line and plan the visit of AMC as per calendar.
10. Documentation of Testing work.

Education / Training

BE (ECE) or E&E;

Professional Experience

with minimum of 2-5 years experience on below:

Having basic knowledge of MS office

Basic knowledge on PLC/Labview

Working knowledge on VFDs/servo motors (Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB etc) etc..Doing Parameter configurations of VFDs.

Hands on working knowledge with Special Purpose Machines.

Languages preferred

Tamil, English To speak, read & write .Hindi knowledge preferable.
