CONTEXT OF THE SERVICE / PROJECT:

Within OB, Engineering team provides expert level support on the hosting platforms to external and internal customers.

MAIN MISSION:

“Team Lead ” is an Team Management profile who is responsible for Design, Build and RUN support of “ Managed Services Solution Offerings” based on products from different vendors.

Technical solutions in terms of market, marketing and new customers as a future standard offerings by managing projects to create services from the design phase to their operational deployment.
Managing the Team & Activities (budget preparation, recruitment, reporting of activities, resource management, projects following-up).

Contribute to offers tailor made by providing technical support to pre-sales team (International & France) and for the Business Unit

Selecting with the procurement department, the best publishers and manufacturers and ensure regular monitoring of suppliers and technical roadmaps.

Providing technical support (level 3 problem management and versions), expertise and technical training to operational teams.

Create and manage the Cloud Infra services catalog & roadmap

Taking end to end ownership of Databse Services & Database SkillCenter, Infa as a Code

Supervision and hierarchical management of L2 & L3 resources in India Provide support to Ops & Engineering Staff on functional & other technical difficulties

Generate ideas for improving technical products

Recognizes deficiencies, and implement effective solutions

Incubating the team to set new performance benchmarks

Experience in Installation and configuration of Cloud Infra

Candidate should have good knowledge of Database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server & noSql)

Public Cloud Design/ Build/ Operation Support:

Provide Knowledge Transfer to the L2/ RUN teams





Work closely with Engineering team & Validate new Products and Major Releases related to Cloud offers

Presales Support : provide technical support to Presales team/teams

Perform initial deployment and Validation of Public Clouds architectures (Azure/AWS/GCC)

Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all major problems

Ensure the consistent Level-3/ principal support for Public Clouds, Roles & Features to Level-2 system teams and customers

Provision of technical consultancy to development plans and projects

Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all major problems

Maintain a thorough understanding of the tools, systems, and processes required to provide quality customer support.

Manage cross-functional deliverables, and detailed timelines.

Coordinate plans with business teams & operations to meet strict project deadlines for on-time delivery.
