About the department
DD⁢ Product Supply unit is responsible for many Enterprise and Local IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operations, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as manufacturing and supply chain etc.
DD⁢ PS GBS is an area with 120+ employees closely working with colleagues across all the production sites and HQ DD⁢ PS functions.
The position
As a System Manager,
- You will be primarily responsible for managing end to end change and release management, incident and problem management for fulfilment of business KPIs and monitor effectiveness by making recommendations for improvements .
- Responsible for preparing/updating compliance and validation documentation and co-ordinating day-to-day activities with developers to plan & prioritize deliverables and ensure compliance as defined by business processes .
- Responsible to participate in weekly and/or monthly meetings with Vendor Service Delivery Managers (change/release & incident/problem management) .
- As a secondary responsibility, you will be supervising day-to-day usage, operation and maintenance of the computer system and coordinating with vendors to fix the system related issues and represent/ensure system readiness in connection with audits and inspections .
- Responsible for managing system budget, contracting services with vendors, system transition and other system management activities as directed by management .
Your Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree or similar graduate degree in relevant fields (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) and relevant business experience.
- Should have total experience of 7-8 years with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Should have 3+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry in GxP areas with exposure to regulatory affairs.
- Good to have experience in Winshuttle application, SAP system experience, Agile knowhow.
- ITIL related support experience with knowledge on Service Now (Good to have).
- Ability to collaborate, communicate and involve with relevant stakeholders, external parties (vendors), stakeholders, user community .
- Excellent business/system understanding .
- Ability to represent NovoNordisk in relations with users and external vendors/stakeholders .
- Demonstrate pro-activeness ,ownership and learning mindset .
- Enhancing good team spirit and high degree of knowledge sharing.
- Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under robust time pressure
- Manage own time planning and produce timely deliverables.
